The conceptual brief and the conceptual building solution based on it is an integral part, i.e. an annex to the pre-investment concept. It is the first part of the project documentation. The conceptual design is created at the request of the investor, i.e. the design brief, in parallel with the creation of the pre-investment concept, but if not created in this way, the conceptual design can be created separately.
